EVO II Server Racks are designed typically for mounting 1U servers in data center environment.
In a high density server storage, thermal management is critical as tremendous heat is generated by the servers and other equipments mounted in the rack.
To ensure the servers and equipments are protected from over heating, cold air is forced from the base of the rack upwards close to the front curved perforated door. This channel of cold air is suck into the servers via curved perforated door by the powerful fans to ensure optimum cooling occur. From the face of the server, cool air will run over and within the chassis to extract heat out from rear perforated door.
With tis configuration, maintenance is easily achieved and the mobility of the machine makes it easy to deploy or relocate according to your needs. Additional space can be used to mount more servers and other equipment.
Half Rack Application - 23U
The Half size Server Racks are designed typically for mounting 1U servers in a software testing environment.
In a high density server storage, thermal management is critical as tremendous heat is generated by the servers and other equipments mounted in the rack. To ensure the servers and equipments are protected from over heating, cold air is forced from the base of the rack upwards close to the front glass door. This channel of cold air is distributed to the face of the servers where the air intake occur. From the face of the server, the cool air will run over within the chassis and extract heat to the rear. The hot air is extracted from the rear channel and exhaust to the top of the rack.
To enhance cooling in the rack, perforated doors are used in the front and rear to enable direct cold air intake from the front and immediate hot air extraction from the rear.
With this configuration, maintenance is easily achieved and the mobility of the machine makes it easy to deploy or relocate according to your needs. Additional space can be used to mount more servers and other equipment.
Multi-Tier Server Rack
The Multi-Tier Server Racks are designed typically for data center environment.
In a data center, floor space is very valuable. Rental of Server racks is usually based on a standard floor space of 600W x 900D or 1000D mm. When a small enterprise seek hosting at data center, they may have only a few servers. So to rent a full rack space may be too costly. To the data center management, whether a half rack or full rack space is rented, the floor space taken is similar.
To compromise, we build Multi-Tier Server Racks to cater for this segment of users. We build up to 4-tier in a similar foot print. In another words, 4 customers can share a similar floor space of a 46U Server rack. Each customer will have 11U of Rack space, have individual front and rear access so that they will not disrupt the other customers servers or equipments.
The sides are accessible by authorized vendors of the data center.
With this configuration, maintenance is easily achieved and the flexibility to cater for different segment of customers is taken cared of.
Server Rack Accessories
Some features of our Server Rack accessories.
Curved Perforated Door enable more cool air flow..
With Information Technology getting more essential in modern world, more servers are needed to handle large users database and file serving. As servers get smaller, 1U rack space, more servers can be housed in a 42U rack and so thermal management becomes crutial. Curved Perforated Door server rack ensure servers get ample cooling to operate 24x7 without failing.
